Pontoons

Dear customers, we at Sorfan offer you a wide selection of floating structures from our own production.

All pontoons are manufactured using the rotomolding process*, allowing us to respond very well to the needs and high demands placed on us and our customers.

This means that we can customize all elements from our range to meet customer requirements, both in terms of color and shape.

This manufacturing process, with its flexible use of materials, also ensures the pontoons are extremely stable and durable, depending on the needs and intended use of the pontoon.

The pontoons are made of weather-resistant polyethylene with UV protection and can optionally be filled and ordered with waterproof 50 PU foam (minimum order quantity of 10 pieces).

*Rotomolding process: Rotational molding, also known as rotational casting or rotomolding, is a process for producing virtually seamless hollow parts (single-piece or multi-piece, depending on the negative mold), such as tanks or housings made of polyethylene, by rotating them in a melting furnace.

Component volumes of several tens of thousands of liters and complex component geometries can be realized.
